Description:

This antique ceramic vase was originally intended to be used alongside other ceramic dishes and decor during Sofreh Haft-sin, a ceremony that celebrates the beginning of a new year.

The vase depicts symbols of flowers and fish, meant to indicate that Spring is coming.  It is hand made and painted using all natural dyes.
